Equipped to accommodate up to 6 people, it counts with a first bedroom with a futon sofa-bed, mezzanine single bed and storage, a large cabin area with double bed and storage furnishing, a complete modern and colorful bathroom with shower cabin, and a spacious living room with single sofa-bed, television, opened to the dining area and big open-plan equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, big fridge-freezer, many cupboards and a large work surface with American bar.

The living room is very bright with a wide picture window, installed over the whole width of the room, to walk out to the large 50 sqm terrace, funished with table, benches, a big rotative sun shade, sun beds, a stone barbecue and even a kennel as for your trip mate to feel comfortable.

This is a well laid out and comfortably fitted out apartment, prettily decorated and completely equipped with all that’s necessary to have a pleasant stay.
It includes a complete range of household appliances, quality indoor and outdoor furnishing and includes a Wifi Internet connection as well as the complete linen with bed sheets and shower towels.
If you want, the air conditioning is available as an optional service; it has to be paud for at the end of your stay as you’ll only pay for the real quantity of KwH used during your holidays.

The property stands in a nice family residence which makes available a big secure and surveyed swimming pool, children playgrounds, a sports track, well kept gardens in the shadow and a panoramic view to the gulf course and to the Port Aventura theme park.
There are, all around the residence, free parking spots left at the disposal of all the occupiers of the residence, yet they’re not numbered or reserved.

For sports lovers, there is a gulf course only 300 metres from there and a Tennis and Paddle Club only 600 metres walk from the residence (Tennis Club Salou).

This property is ideal for families in the search for peaceful holidays yet with the possibility of easily reaching the animations and activities in the closeby resorts.

Just between La Pineda and Salou you’ll find the preserved residential area of Cap Salou with its incredible fine sand creeks, surrounded with a dense Mediterranean vegetation, beach huts, little shops and restaurants, cafes or bars, and a beautiful pedestrian footbridge fitted out by the ledge as to walk from one beach to another.
This footbridge is called “Camino de Ronda” and offers you unforgettable walks from Salou’s lighthouse to the big fine sand beaches in Salou’s tourist centre.

Salou, about 3,5 kms from the “Mirador de Salou”’s housing scheme, is a younger and more animated seaside resort, tourist capital resort over Costa Dorada; it is renowned for its long fine sand beaches such as Playa Llarga, less busy with little creeks which then open up to a long beach with beach huts, and Playa Llevant which extends all along the famous Jaume I maritime promenade, with light fountains, sports tracks, children playgrounds, etc …, iconic in Salou.
In Salou, you’ll find all kinds of shops, supermarkets, fashionable shops, restaurants, cafes, chill-out bars, nightclubs, and many activities such as games rooms, parks, or obviously the big Port Aventura / Ferrari Land theme park.
