Comfortable apartment with terrace, ideally located in a large holiday residence with swimming pools, green areas and play areas, in the heart of Salou and close to its main beaches.
Bright and comfortable rental with capacity to accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment is distribuited in two double bedrooms with wardrobes, one with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, a ceiling fan and windows to access the terrace, the second bedroom with two single beds and a fan.
In the hallway of the bedrooms is the complete bathroom with a large shower cabin and at the end of the hall is the kitchen with breakfast bar and complete equipment (large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, ceramic hob, washing machine, etc.) that opens to the living room with dining area (table and chairs), double sofa bed, ceiling fan, television and large windows to access the terrace furnished with table, chairs and outdoor lights for your meals or moments of relaxation with a beautiful view of the gardens and swimming pools of the residence.
For greater comfort, the accommodation includes Wi-Fi, bedding and shower towels, and as an optional service to be requested in advance, there is a parking space in the residential complex at € 12 / day.
Located on the fifth floor with elevator inside a holiday residence made up of four blocks that has concierges all year round, it has two beautiful swimming pools with lifeguard (for adults and children) whose opening season is only from June 23th to September 13th. There is also a play area for children, large green areas, a tennis court, a basketball court and a mini golf.
Below the residence there are small shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
The residential building is located in the heart of the tourist and lively area of Salou where there are all kinds of services, shops, discos, bars, pubs, restaurants, etc., and the beaches of Salou about 400 meters away: Playa Capellans and Playa Llarga, about 800 meters Playa Llevant and its Jaume I promenade, crossed by palm trees and light sources. All beaches have showers, guards, beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, playgrounds, play areas for young people and adults, water activities, etc. The access to the center can be done through a beautiful pedestrian path called Camino de Ronda, or through the main shopping street Carlos Buigas that has an extensive pedestrian area.
